DevOps & Reliability Engineer

We’re hiring a Platform Reliability Engineer for our Client Partner to support large-scale enterprise platforms processing millions of critical transactions daily. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, production support, and Dev Ops engineering.

You’ll work closely with development, platform, and operations teams to improve system reliability, automate deployments, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and help ensure highly available production environments.

• Maintain and improve production platform reliability and system stability
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation initiatives
• Troubleshoot production incidents and drive root cause analysis
• Partner with engineering teams to improve monitoring, observability, and alerting
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code principles
• Improve release processes, environment consistency, and deployment efficiency
• Support enterprise applications in high-availability environments
• Participate in incident response and operational readiness activities
• Help optimize platform performance, resiliency, and scalability

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Dev Ops, Infrastructure Engineering, or Production Support Engineering
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with configuration management or automation tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and enterprise applications
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern Dev Ops practices
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident management processes

• Kubernetes or containerization experience
• Experience in financial services or other high‑transaction environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience supporting mission‑critical production systems
