Focus:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware enhancements, system integrations, and network connections.
• Ensure reliable performance of IT systems, including software, hardware, and networking components.
• Administer server environments, including Windows Server systems, and manage network security protocols and configurations.
• Provide high-level technical support across the organization, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Develop strategies for optimizing system and network performance.
• Offer technical guidance and training to team members, promoting IT best practices.
• Lead IT projects, from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand IT needs and deliver robust technology solutions.
• Maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, network management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based services, SQL server administration, and Windows server environments (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Expertise in network protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, and basic router/AP setups.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certifications in IT security, network administration, or ERP systems (Epicor preferred) are a plus.
