Senior Data & BI Analyst
Edward Jones is looking for a Senior Data & BI Analyst to design and deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM, helping modernize processes and unlock new ways of working across the organization. The role focuses on low‑code technology, data, and automation.
What You’ll Do- Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP, and Fusion AI Agent Studio.
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
- Extract, transform, and validate data to support insights and applications.
- Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agents in the Oracle HCM environment.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation.
- Replace manual processes with automated, low‑code solutions.
- Deliver applications that improve decision‑making and workflow efficiency.
- Help scale citizen development and adoption of low‑code tools.
- Build intelligent workflows leveraging AI and emerging capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio).
- Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases).
- Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques.
- Experience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced degree.
- Experience automating complex workflows.
- HCM Global Human Resources Certification or AI solution experience.
- Background in building AI‑enabled or agent‑driven solutions.
- Experience with integration of HCM data with external databases.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
