Master Data Analyst

Our client a leading Healthcare & Lifesciences provider is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri.

• Create and maintain master data in SAP and/or related systems for data accuracy, consistency, and availability
• Manage foundational data that supports operational business processes and reporting
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve master data issues proactively
• Recommend process improvements and maintain audit/training documentation
• Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements and production support
• Participate in small-scale master data and process improvement projects
• Maintain operational metrics focused on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience with SAP and/or ERP/CRM systems involving data governance and master data management
• Experience translating business operations into structured system data
• Bonus points for exposure to materials, logistics, or manufacturing data

  The approximate pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $78,000
