Senior Data Architect

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Data Architect.

In this role, you will provide critical data architecture and integration support for insurance products and analytics applications. You will manage both maintenance and new project development, including product launches, data warehouse enhancements, and complex interfaces with internal and external clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and financial control processes.

• Designing Data Systems: Create scalable, secure data systems and warehouses that integrate data from various sources.
• Data Modeling: Develop models to define structures, attributes, and relationships.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and integrate new elements to improve system performance via indexing and partitioning.
• Collaboration: Work with IT stakeholders, Actuaries, and Data Scientists to ensure robust solutions.
• Modern Practices: Research and propose modern frameworks, including data lakes and cloud analytics platforms.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for analysis, system applications, and user requirements.
• Leadership: Mentor and coach data developers and integration engineers.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in data warehouse and multi-user enterprise data applications.
• Azure Cloud: Extensive experience is a must for managing databases in Azure.
• Data Modeling: Expertise in creating complex and canonical data models.
• Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and No
  
  SQL databases; expertise in writing and managing SQLs.
• ETL/ELT: Strong experience with frameworks and tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with Enterprise Data Models for healthcare insurance or finance.
• Automation: Skills in creating data pipelines and scripting in Unix, Power Shell, or SQL.

• Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (Snowflake AI, Google Vertex, Azure AI).
• BI Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Compliance: Familiarity with SOC1/SOC2 audits and PHI, PII, and HIPAA data handling.
• Orchestration: Experience with Apache Airflow or Change Data Capture (CDC).

Pay: $45.50 - $65.00 /hr.
