We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation initiative for a leading manufacturing organization in the St. Louis area. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing cross-functional work streams tied to the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex enterprise transformation programs, ERP implementations, and integration initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of program leadership, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and technical understanding of ERP ecosystems. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration in the St. Louis area several days per week.
Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion transformation and implementation initiatives across multiple business and IT work streams.
- Oversee program governance, project planning, execution timelines, risk management, and overall delivery of ERP-related initiatives.
- Coordinate integration efforts between Oracle Fusion and existing enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, third-party platforms, and data environments.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams including ERP consultants, business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and external implementation partners.
- Drive program status reporting, executive communications, steering committee updates, and escalation management.
- Ensure proper change management, organizational readiness, user adoption, and training coordination throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and program KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks proactively while developing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations or major ERP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of ERP integration strategies, enterprise systems architecture, and business process transformation.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and enterprise-level program reporting.
