*** Responsibilities:
*** Provide end-to-end hardware and software support for: + Servers (UNIX/Linux, Windows, HPC, Dev/Prod/Application) + Desktop systems + Network infrastructure
* Execute configuration, change, and release management.
* Lead advanced problem analysis and incident resolution.
* Manage IT assets and system life cycles.
* Implement and comply with Boeing IT and security standards.
* Perform project and tasking support as directed by Boeing management.
*
* Required Qualifications:
*** 5+ years of systems administration experience.
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
* Strong communication skills; able to operate independently in dynamic environments.
* Proven ability to build customer trust and represent CNO services.
* Hands-on experience with: + Windows Server 2008 / Windows 7 (Server 2012 & Windows 8 a plus) + VMware / ESX 5.1+ + Active Directory + Group Policy Objects (GPOs) + HP enterprise hardware

* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Experience supporting server roles (SQL, Web, Exchange).
* Exposure to WSUS, SAN storage, and Net Backup.
* Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation.
