• 8+ years of experience in Manhattan/ McLeod Transportation Management System (TMS) applications.
• Production support experience is mandatory.
• Leading the support project for any TMS application.

• Must have TMS experience preferably with McLeod and Ortec but other applications are also acceptable if there's firm grasp of TMS functionality and terminologies.
• Must be able to manage team across multiple time zones and coordinate issues/escalations across multiple applications under the client’s supply chain umbrella.
• Some experience with Jira is required to manage assigned tasks, RCA requests, CR's, etc.
• Comfortable with learning new applications and being able to support business users even when available KT and documentation is not always readily available.
• Strong communication skills required to lead client calls and document/follow up on action items during governance calls.
• Thorough documentation of processes as well as diagrams/flowcharts of critical jobs tied to each application. Constant refinement/improvement of documentation is highly encouraged by client.
• Developing minor application enhancements of less than or equal to 40 hours per request.
• Incident resolution for TMS application prioritizing high and critical incidents followed by lower priority incidents.
• Should be able to manage the team, stakeholders and technical group POCs for issues and queries.
• Problem investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
