INTL - India - QA Analyst

Job Description

An Insight Global Automotive Financial Insurance client has a role available for a highly skilled QA Analyst with strong experience in both manual and automation testing within an Agile/Scrum environment. This individual will support web and API-based applications and own end-to-end testing throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate has a strong technical QA foundation, hands‑on automation experience, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure high‑quality releases.

Targeted Pay Rate: $10-15/hr

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong manual testing skills with deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test design techniques
• Automation testing experience using Selenium (Java and/or JavaScript)
• Experience with API testing using Postman
• Proficiency writing and executing SQL queries for backend data validation
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and compatibility testing
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and test management
• Familiarity with Git Hub for version control, branching, pull requests, and CI integration
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and participating in Agile ceremonies

• Strong collaboration skills working with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
• Experience in the Insurance domain
• ISTQB certification
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Mocha
• Experience with ETL testing
