GEOINT Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As part of Fraym, you will support activities under the GEOINT Director, build and expand analytic support for key U.S. government customers, serve as the subject‑matter expert on Fraym data, and provide guidance and training to ensure mission success.

St. Louis, MO area – Hybrid (On‑site and Remote)

• Analysis & Training:
  Generate analytic products and reports, mentor customers with ad‑hoc and structured training on using Fraym Data.
• Translate Data Needs into Mission Success:
  Collaborate with customers to understand mission workflows, gather technical and data requirements, translate needs to engineers and data scientists, and recommend enhancements for data delivery formats, structure, and processes.
• Communication:
  Produce use cases and data user stories that illustrate Fraym’s value proposition, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.

• U.S. Citizenship
• Security Clearance
• Travel to customer sites approximately once every couple of months
• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), geography, statistics, political science, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative discipline
• Exposure to geospatial data and spatial statistics
• Experience with GIS software (Esri, Q‑GIS, etc.)
• Experience working with the federal government, particularly the GEOINT community, and familiarity with data analysis, population surveys, and/or human geography
• Clear, proactive communication skills
• Comfort learning and using technical tools, scripts, and AI‑assisted workflows

• Experience with international household surveys, public opinion research, humanitarian data collection, or geospatial data programs
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with sharp attention to detail
• Exposure to and experience with Python/R
• Experience developing GEOINT products and reports
