Typical Day in the Role

• Team members work closely with operational stakeholders and clinical leaders to:
• Configure and optimize Epic modules to meet workflow and regulatory needs
• Translate business and clinical requirements into functional system design
• Collaborate on testing, validation, and go-live support
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements
• Ensure ongoing data integrity and performance across applications

qualifications:

Candidate Requirements

• Required:
  
  BS/BA Preferred: MHA, MBA, MSN, RHIT, PMP, Sa Fe
• Years of experience required: 2-4 years minimum required
• Disqualifiers: lacking relevant experience, we need very strong communication skills
• Additional qualities to look for:
  Healthcare experience a plus

skills: Top 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance

• 1 Outstanding written and verbal communication
• 2 Detail Oriented
• 3 Ability to work independently and problem solve
