Overview
This is a temporary on-site role located in St Louis, MO, for a Senior EDI Consultant.
The Senior EDI Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. Day-to-day tasks include mapping, testing, and troubleshooting EDI transactions, coordinating with business partners, and ensuring smooth communication and data exchange. The role also involves developing and maintaining EDI documentation, monitoring EDI workflows, and providing support for integration with other business applications.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
- Map, test, and troubleshoot EDI transactions.
- Coordinate with business partners and manage EDI partnerships to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Develop and maintain EDI documentation.
- Monitor EDI workflows and provide ongoing support for integrations with other business applications.
- Proficiency in EDI systems, transaction sets, and mapping.
- Experience with EDI implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of data communication protocols and standards.
- Ability to coordinate with business partners and manage EDI partnerships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EDI integration and workflow monitoring.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
