PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an IT Director for our respected nonprofit client, a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving others, to lead enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across a multi-site organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership to align IT systems with business growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Focus Areas- Enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, and network operations
- Cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and risk management
- ERP systems implementation and multi-site integrations
- E-commerce system performance and reliability (24/7 operations)
- IT vendor management, budgeting, and cost optimization
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Leading and developing a high-performing IT team
A hands-on IT leader with strong technical depth, business acumen, and proven experience managing complex enterprise environments, large-scale systems, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Progressive IT leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and enterprise systems
- Experience with ERP systems and large-scale integrations a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Multi-location organization with some travel required
- Fast-paced, collaborative leadership environment
