This role provides project leadership for a Maxit Cost Basis implementation, coordinating across business, technology, data, and vendor work streams. The Project Manager is responsible for driving execution, managing dependencies, resolving risks/issues, and ensuring successful delivery through production and stabilization.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Maxit Cost Basis implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate closely with third-party vendors (Maxit) on deliverables and issue resolution
• Manage system integration, testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
• Oversee cutover planning, production readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across work streams
• Provide executive-level status reporting and governance updates
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, controls, and delivery frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
• 5+ years Project Management experience (ignore the generic 2+ baseline — not realistic for this role)
• Proven experience managing financial systems implementations
• Experience leading vendor-driven implementations
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Project governance
  • Risk & issue management
  • Delivery controls
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience with cost basis platforms (Maxit preferred)
• Background in:
  • Cost basis processing
  • Tax reporting
  • Securities operations
• Experience in regulated financial environments
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification
• Experience working in hybrid Agile / Waterfall environments
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, audits, or tax operations
