IT Project Manager

The opportunityAs a Senior Manager in EY’s Digital Engineering Operations Services practice, you will lead the delivery, transformation, and optimization of digital engineering services across client engagements. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with EY’s quality standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong leader with deep experience in digital operations, engineering platforms, and agile delivery models.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital engineering operations services across multiple client engagements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, Dev Ops practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering services with business goals.
- Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and client workshops.
- Ensure compliance with EY’s risk management and security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 15+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or managed services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with engineering platforms such as Git Hub, Git Lab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Dev Ops certifications are a plus.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $151,500 to $346,000 in the US (specific ranges for major metros). Includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off.
- Hybrid work model: most client-facing employees expected to work in person 40–60% of the time.
- Flexible vacation policy allowing employees to decide their vacation days, plus EY Paid Holidays and additional leaves as needed.
