IT Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities- Engage with client and internal stakeholders to create and manage project plans and objectives
- Plan, schedule and allocate appropriate resources to projects and teams
- Plan, schedule, and manage all project efforts to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget, scope and on‑time
- Implement procedures to track progress, changes, costs, and schedules
- Manage all applicable hardware and software purchasing used in service provision
- Identify and lead resolution processes for project issues
- Manage all documentation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactively and regularly report progress to client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Assess each project upon completion and document process improvements
- Proven working experience as a project manager within the IT/cybersecurity industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Technical competency/understanding of network architecture, hardware/software, etc.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Be client‑facing, adaptable and responsive to customer needs
- Collaborate across multiple client and internal environments
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent desired
- 4+ years of project management experience is desired
