Creative Project Manager

Position: CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

Compensation Range: $35-37/HR Cella is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

On-site Requirements:
Hybrid (On-site Monday-Thursday | Remote Fridays)
Workfront experience is required in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success.

Takes ownership of project efficiency.

Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type.

Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging.

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Open jobs utilizing agency software tools.

Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.

Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management.

Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy.

Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of professional experience with 1+ of those years of experience in administrative experience and/or managing multiple projects.

Print production experience (preferred).Workfront experience (required).Agency experience (required).Job
