Digital Lead

Job Title

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of experience in digital platform ownership, product/project ownership, or 3D/immersive environments within a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, asset structures, and optimization (ability to review and assess models for efficiency and quality)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and/or offshore delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with development teams to deliver solutions
• Strong communication skills with executive presence; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and presenting complex concepts clearly
• Experience working with digital asset management systems and an understanding of platform governance
• Exposure to emerging technologies (AI, automation, immersive/virtual environments) and building proof of concepts or pilots

Range: $55k to 65k
