QA Lead

MO, US. As a QA Lead, you will:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive TOSCA QA Lead to drive our automated testing efforts using the TOSCA platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of model-based testing. You will lead a team of QA professionals, design and implement test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA.
• Lead the design, creation, and execution of automated test cases and test scenarios.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts and automation engineers.
• Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into test solutions.
• Maintain and improve the TOSCA automation framework, ensuring modularity and reusability.
• Integrate TOSCA with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops).
• Manage test data, test environments, and version control for automated assets.
• Track and report QA metrics including test coverage, execution results, and defect trends.
• Promote test automation best practices, continuous improvement, and QA governance.
• Manual/Automated test cases execution
• Understanding on the Agile methodology

Primary

Skills:

• Expertise in TOSCA (test case design, test step libraries, execution lists, TDM/TDS DEX etc.)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools JIRA, qTest.
• Manual DB/ETL Testing
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Secondary

Skills:

• Experience with API testing or Web application testing in TOSCA.
• TOSCA query Language is a plus.
• Exposure to performance testing tools or other QA tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on STLC(Software Testing Life Cycle) experience.
• Proven working experience QA Automation
• Design, creation, and execution of automated test cases and test scenarios.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: $ 68,500 - 80,500 $ Per Year. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
