The ability to grow both personally and professionally as a member of a global consulting firm, working across sectors and with diverse teams to drive client value creation in risk technology.

• Lead end‑to‑end Service Now IRM architecture, design, build, and deployment projects, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
• Support multi‑disciplinary teams and help clients automate and mature risk and compliance programs using Service Now IRM and other GRC solutions.
• Develop functional and technical skillsets of team members and provide mentorship.
• Engage in business development activities such as responding to proposals and fostering client relationships.
• Interact directly with clients, supporting day‑to‑day execution and collaboration between EY and client teams.
• Deliver high‑quality work products within time frames and budgets, ensuring project risks are monitored and communicated.
• Advise clients on Service Now IRM strategy, industry practices, and technology road‑maps.
• Guide clients on how Service Now IRM integrates with their broader technology ecosystems.
• Support post‑go‑live activities and enable ongoing support models (e.g., co‑source, managed services).
• Stay informed on business and technical trends in risk technology.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and demonstrations of Service Now IRM and other GRC solutions.
• Contribute to internal innovation, thought leadership, and go‑to‑market initiatives.

• Strong project management skills with proven project delivery.
• Proactive engagement with EY and client teams, fostering inclusive teamwork.
• Relationship building with client personnel and facilitation of workshops, meetings, and status updates.
• Consistent delivery of quality client services, engagement quality, and risk‑management processes.

• Strong advisory skills with deep insights into Service Now IRM, GRC platforms, and business impact.
• Knowledge of risk‑technology architecture and integration, including upstream and downstream processes.
• Experience with delivery models, including Agile and other lifecycle approaches.
• Post‑go‑live support experience and knowledge of managed‑services delivery.
• Up‑to‑date awareness of business and industry trends in risk technology.
• Demonstrated functional and technical competence with continuous learning.
• Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint for client presentations.
• Capability to lead demonstrations of integrated solutions.
• Contribution to thought‑leadership and internal marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience implementing Service Now IRM, TPRM, or BCM.
• Or Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of Service Now IRM, TPRM, or BCM implementation experience.
• Certification as a Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and completion of GRC Fundamentals or related certifications.
• Experience leading a team to implement Service Now IRM functionality and integrating with other systems via Integration Hub or APIs.
• Exposure to GRC principles, risk frameworks, control frameworks, policy and procedure development, cybersecurity, third‑party risk, and controls management.
• Experience in designing and implementing risk and compliance programs using enabling risk technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑analytics/visualization tools.
• Awareness of recent Service Now releases (e.g., Utah, Vancouver) and enhancements to IRM.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Prior consulting or client‑serving experience.
