We are seeking a senior test automation engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing to support ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and new feature delivery. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-quality software delivery.
- Strong experience in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Proficiency in Java and SQL
- Experience with test management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Good understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing
- Experience with regression testing and automation enhancement
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to clearly articulate work during demos and reviews
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible and open to new ideas and changing priorities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
- Perform manual testing, including regression and functional validation
- Enhance and maintain existing automation suites and create new automation coverage
- Support application maintenance and modernization initiatives
- Participate in code reviews, demos, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Troubleshoot defects and ensure timely resolution
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs
• Experience working in agile environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
• Experience in maintaining legacy applications and modernizing test coverage Experience Required 8-12 Years
• Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT teams and business representatives
• Must be able to both collaborate in a team-oriented environment and work independently with direction
