Technical/Functional Skills:
We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing to support ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and new feature delivery. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-quality software delivery.

" Strong experience in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
" Proficiency in Java and SQL

Experience with test management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
" Good understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies
" Hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing
"

Experience with regression testing and automation enhancement
" Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
" Ability to clearly articulate work during demos and reviews
" Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
" Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
" Flexible and open to new ideas and changing priorities
" Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
" Perform manual testing, including regression and functional validation
" Enhance and maintain existing automation suites and create new automation coverage
" Support application maintenance and modernization initiatives
" Participate in code reviews, demos, and technical discussions
" Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
" Troubleshoot defects and ensure timely resolution
" Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs

Preferred:
" Experience working in Agile environments
" Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
" Experience in maintaining legacy applications and modernizing test coverage

Experience Required 8-12 Years

Generic Managerial Skills
" Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT teams and business representatives
" Must be able to both collaborate in a team-oriented environment and work independently with direction
