Job Description:

Role Title – Digital Manufacturing Track Lead (aka Scrum Master)

Skill / MUST Have experience requirements:

• Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be experienced Scrum Master facilitating Agile team of up to 10 people
• Very strong in TFS (e.g., project creation, configuration, management, etc.)
• Have the ability to work in a global team and coordinate with other Scrum Masters in other regions
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Transformation, implementation, and execution

Skill / experience “nice to haves”:

• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power View, etc.) to publish key metrics

Expectations of Role:

• Work very closely with Portfolio Delivery Manager (PDM) to ensure execution of SAFe principles consistent with vision
• Create, configure and manage SAFe TFS project(s)
• Facilitate all team meetings (e.g., daily standup, iteration planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Help the team identify impediments and work with the PDM and Business Venture Managers (e.g., product owners) to eliminate them
• Promote SAFe and Lean values, principles and practices
• Act as coach and mentor for team to share knowledge of SAFe and Lean values, principles, and practices
• Work with stakeholders to develop and publish key metrics
• Minimum travel required with potential locations of Brazil, Europe, and Singapore
