Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, create dashboards/reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data from multiple sources, clean/preprocess it, and perform statistical analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to make insights accessible.
- Identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses and use data to propose actionable solutions.
- Partner with teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand their data needs.
- Deliver insights that align with business objectives.
- Leverage data to influence business strategies and improve organizational performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role).
- Technical Proficiency:
- SQL (querying databases)
- Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret data and derive business insights. - Communication:
Clearly explain findings to both technical and non-technical teams. - Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking to address business challenges.
Nice-to-Have (if applicable):
- Experience with Python/R for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or A/B testing.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
