Mode Of Interview: 2 interviews are required – the final interview will require the consultant to come to our client’s office for a face-to-face interview.
Look for someone with 10 to 12 years of experience - having development and administration experience. His responsibilities similar to that of a Service Now Administrator, but will also perform design and development work.
Skills:
Service Now products such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SECOPS, ITBM, and GRC Proficiency with scripting languages such as JavaScript, XML, or JSON Plus:
Service Now Certified Systems Administrator certificate Experience integrating Service Now with third-party tools, applications or using SOAP and REST APIs.
