Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on BI and analytics.
Proven expertise in supply chain processes and analytics (e.g., inventory management, procurement, logistics).
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and SQL.
Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query).
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Supply Chain Domain Knowledge:
Strong grasp of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
Ability to define and track supply chain-specific KPIs and metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management Expertise:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end program delivery.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like TFS, Jira or Confluence.
Expertise in creating project roadmaps, setting milestones, and managing risks/issues.
