The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. This resource will align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
- Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
- Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
- Budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- 7+ years SAP ECC and S/4
HANA development experience - Experience with SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, custom Fiori development, and Business Workflow
- Experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
- Team lead experience
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- You must live local to St. Louis, MO or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday‑Friday
$126,300—$243,100 USD
