SAP Controlling Consultant; Dassian – Onsite in St. Louis, MO

The SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP CO processes including cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis, and product costing. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial performance, ensure accurate reporting, and provide expert guidance during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.

• Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements
• Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
• Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts
• Design business processes and conduct system analysis
• Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
• Maintain, enhance, and/or develop SAP modules
• Budget, staff, forecast, and plan work
• May manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

• 7+ years SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA Controlling experience
• 4+ years Dassian PACE design and implementation experience
• SAP Finance subject‑matter expertise in end‑to‑end product costing processes, including Material Ledger functionality and integration with Project Systems, Payroll, Materials Management, and Finance
• Knowledge of CO functionality, including internal order, cost center accounting, assessment, distribution, cost transfer, etc.
• Experience with SAP Public Sector Financials
• Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting
• Team lead experience

• Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• U.S. citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Minimum of an active Secret clearance
• Must live local to St. Louis, MO or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday‑Friday

Compensation for this position is based on labor costs in the following states:
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland: $126,300–$243,100 USD.
