Core Responsibilities:
* Direct A/V support for classrooms, academic spaces, and events
* Troubleshooting moderately complex A/V and classroom technology issues
* Supporting installations, setups, system status, and downtime procedures
* Training, scheduling, and managing staff and/or student employees
* Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
* Experience with A/V and classroom controller hardware/software
* Technical knowledge of video and web conferencing tools
* Experience with both Windows and Apple systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Info Comm CTS certification
* Experience in higher education A/V or technology support
* Experience training others on technology use
