Software Product Management Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Software Product Management Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in product management with expertise in automotive BOM processes and 3

DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform transformation to be considered.

Rate Range: $55/Hour to $65/Hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Software Product Management Specialist Job

Responsibilities include:

• Define and execute product roadmap for migration of legacy BOM systems to 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
• Manage automotive BOM structures including EBOM, MBOM, and configured BOM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with CAD, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Drive data migration, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and lead Agile delivery processes.
• Lead stakeholder communication, change management, and support global rollout and adoption of new solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management with focus on PLM, BOM, or enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise in automotive BOM processes and experience with 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE (3DX) or similar PLM platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data migration, Agile product delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder management initiatives.
