Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Software Engineer – Unifier and OPPM.

What You Will Be DoingYou will join the Unifier financial platform team within an enterprise IT organization supporting transmission operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Oracle-based systems, performing upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and automating manual processes. You will collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and improve system processes, including supporting cloud and on‑premise environments. This is a 3‑month contract with the possibility to extend or convert based on performance.
You will typically work three days a week, with M/W required onsite, and the remainder of the week can be flexible.
- Manage and support the Unifier and Oracle‑based systems, ensuring their stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Perform upgrades, enhancements, and automation of manual integration processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop, test, and implement system modifications and scripts to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvements and implement creative solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in the administration of cloud and on‑premise environments, including Linux and Windows servers.
- Support the development and testing of system integrations, including API and ETL workflows.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in system administration and support of Oracle‑based systems.
- Proven ability to perform database queries, views, stored procedures, and ETL workloads with Oracle‑SQL.
- Experience with troubleshooting, log analysis, and administrator tasks for enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of OPPM and Unifier database table structures and site administration.
- Experience with Linux server administration and report building for Unifier.
- Windows server administration skills, including configuring forms, dashboards, and user access in OPPM.
- Ability to build and manage Autosys jobs and services.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions and configuration of integrated systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise transmission or energy infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and test‑driven development methodologies.
$45.50 – $65.00 /hr
