Systems Administrator, Windows Server, Desktop Support

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy monthly Microsoft Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti (LANDesk).
- Package, schedule, and deploy Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser updates.
- Monitor patch deployment progress and remediate failed installations.
- Perform pre‑deployment testing and post‑deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability.
- Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams.
- Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed.
- Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets organizational security standards and audit requirements.
- Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying critical and emergency patches when required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and patch management processes.
- Experience with browser patching of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills.
