- Extensive experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Deep knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture and implementation
- Expertise in Proxy Implementation, Identity Aware Proxy (IAP), and Reverse Proxy tools
- Proficiency in Network Configuration and Zscaler Web Security protocols
- Hands‑on experience with Proxy Auto‑Configuration (PAC) file creation, management, and optimization
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Professional - ZCP, CCNP Security)
- Proven track record in a large enterprise environment (12+ years of relevant experience)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for complex network security incidents
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer with over 12 years of experience to manage and optimize our Zscaler‑based security infrastructure. This role is critical in maintaining a robust Zero Trust environment, ensuring seamless connectivity, and safeguarding enterprise assets. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Zscaler solutions, working collaboratively within a hybrid team environment to uphold the highest security standards.
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zscaler security solutions, ensuring seamless integration within complex enterprise environments.
- Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler security and access policies to strictly enforce organizational security requirements.
- Create, update, and optimize PAC (Proxy Auto‑Configuration) files to ensure secure, efficient internet traffic routing.
- Configure and manage application and forwarding profiles to support mission‑critical business applications and secure connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional IT and security teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long‑term preventive measures.
- Act as a subject matter expert, staying ahead of emerging network security trends to recommend and implement architecture best practices.
