SAP Plan-to-Make; PTM

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Plan-to-Make (PTM) Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Production Planning and Variant Configuration to lead global SAP transformation initiatives across our discrete manufacturing business. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable SAP solutions and global templates while partnering with business stakeholders across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands‑on experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, global template design, and international rollouts. They will serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, driving best‑practice adoption and ensuring alignment between manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, and product lifecycle processes.

BSA - SAP Plan to Make (PTM)

STL preferred (Hybrid 3days/week) but open to remote

Flexibility to travel to STL every other week (may be changing to every 3rd week)

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a primary focus on Production Planning and manufacturing processes.
• 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations as a lead consultant for .

SAP expertise in the Plan to Make domain; SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management modules, focusing on Material Requirement Planning, Available to Promise, Make to Order, and Make to Stock scenarios.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience training users with SAP, excellent SAP testing (unit, integration, regression) and documentation (test scripts, test scenarios) experience
• SAP configuration experience
• VC (Variant Configurator) experience
