• Triage inbound support requests.
• Take client calls and correspond with end‑users.
• Reference USA Cyber’s documentation to resolve client issues.
• Work on routine and installation requests.
• Create a great client experience.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior work in the technology field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience and a desire to serve.
• Strong interest in self‑improvement and expanding professional skillset.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus.
