Concierge; Senior Living

If you have a warm personality, strong customer service skills, and are comfortable using basic technology, we want to hear from you!

Please Note:

This is an active, fast-paced role that requires extensive walking and frequent standing throughout your shift. You’ll be on your feet and on the move—supporting residents across our vibrant, beautifully maintained campus.

Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with flexibility for weekends and evenings required
.

Position Wage: $16.00/hr.

• Provide door attendant services
• Assist with event setup
• Perform valet parking
• Set up audio/visual equipment
• Walk dogs as requested
• Escort residents and guests throughout the property
• Perform Keyholder duties for residents as requested.
• Attend the security desk and greet vendors and employees, determine nature of business, grant entrance and direct to the proper destination.
• Provide basic technical support for residents, assisting with tasks such as cell phone troubleshooting, laptop questions, and general technology needs
• Perform tasks that require extensive walking throughout the property
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Basic technology proficiency
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members
• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to walk frequently and consistently throughout the property as part of daily responsibilities
