Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Customer Service Supervisor DACH
Job Objective:
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling and following up on customer complaints and inquiries regarding Diasorin products and devices for Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving complaints and forwarding or following up on them
- Providing telephone support for issues with the analysis systems and for problems with handling test kits
- Providing advice and answering inquiries about products
- Documenting all complaints and inquiries in the complaint management system
- Escalating complaints to the Senior AMS Manager for Central Europe (if necessary)
- Pickup and forwarding of patient sera or kits
Education:
B.S., B.A., or M.S. in natural sciences/biology, laboratory sciences, etc. Completed training in the medical technology field
Work experience:
Depending on training, at least 2–3 years of professional experience. Ideally with laboratory experience as well as experience with CLIA, ELISA, and molecular testing and automated systems
Additional knowledge and skills:
Very good technical understanding and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the technical details of the analysis systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; knowledge of Polish is a plus. Openness and good communication skills, including in international contexts. Computer skills
