Scrum Master III

Job Summary

Our client, a leading Energy & Utilities provider, is seeking a Scrum Master III to join their team. This position is located hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri.

• Creates/defines mobilization programs for custom teams
• Manages agile mobilization methodology
• Creates agile team member onboarding packages
• Owns Agile Fit assessment process
• Owns Mobilization Working Agreement process
• Facilitates inter‑team dependencies and works to minimize/remove them
• Assists in the development, implementation and enhancement of PMO processes, methodology, tools and automation

• 5+ years of relevant Scrum Master or agile team experience
• 2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies (preferred)
• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in job discipline or field, working independently to solve or lead others to solve complex problems
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Professional (PMI ACP)

• Guides teams to self‑organize to problem‑solve and tweak their processes to drive team velocity
• Guides Scrum Masters and Product Owners to remove progress barriers and shield the team from external interference
• Guides others on Agile Best Practice
• Supports customer change control process
• Facilitates Agile processes and scrum practices for the team to generate an Agile mindset within the scrum team
• Organizes working groups to help define to‑be processes and toolsets/utilization
• Participates in customer Agile Toolset Governance Board

Location:

St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $115,000 – $125,000 (approximate). Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
