IT Administrator; NetSuite

We are seeking a local skilled and reliable IT Administrator with hands‑on experience supporting and administering Oracle Net Suite ERP environments. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, managing integrations, and optimizing business operations through technology.

• Full‑time, on‑site position;
  Candidates must reside in the local area and be able to reliably commute
• M-F 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM

• Administer, maintain, and support the Net Suite ERP platform
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP‑related system issues
• Support and maintain integrations between Net Suite and third‑party applications
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements
• Develop, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards within Net Suite

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support
• Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle Net Suite ERP
• Experience with user management, role‑based access, and ERP workflows
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience with SQL, system integrations, and scripting
