Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for product areas and platforms, owning them from requirements through production. They will build trust with stakeholders, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and own their product board. The role requires a stakeholder partnership mindset, adaptability, and a customer service mindset.
What You Will Do- Host and drive quarterly stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and feature reviews.
- Lead end-to-end testing of features and releases.
- Manage and triage Service Now tickets.
- Maintain clear documentation.
- Monitor and present product metrics and usage data.
The right person for this role is confident, self‑managed, and does not wait to be told there is a problem. They should be a problem solver who takes ownership and sees things through, efficient and organized, intellectually curious, and a strong communicator with great soft skills.
Requirements- 5+ years of business analyst or consulting experience
- Demonstrated experience in Agile software development environments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in testing, QA, and root cause analysis of issues
- Comfortable working across different platforms: websites, mobile apps, backend APIs, and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and facilitate working sessions
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships
- Data‑literate – able to pull, analyze, and communicate metrics and usage data to support decisions
