Drive awareness and adoption of AI tools and capabilities across Business Analysis and Product Development teams, enabling employees to leverage the AI ecosystem effectively in their day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities- Drive AI Awareness:
Create awareness across teams on available AI tools, platforms, and capabilities. Demonstrate practical use cases and day-to-day applications of AI in software development and product teams. - Team Engagement & Enablement:
Connect with teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption. Act as a bridge between business/product teams and the broader enterprise AI ecosystem. - Technical Advisory:
Provide strategic recommendations on AI usage. Possess strong technology understanding to guide teams on improving productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency (without requiring hands‑on development/architect coding). - Support Development & Product Teams:
Partner closely with Software Engineering, Product Development, and Business Analysis teams to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate development, testing, documentation, and product management. - Training &
Coaching:
Function as an AI trainer, mentor, and evangelist. Conduct workshops, knowledge‑sharing sessions, enablement programs, and develop learning playbooks.
- Senior professional with a solid understanding of modern software development technology landscapes.
- Experience in technology guidance, change management, training, or technical enablement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence adoption across business and engineering disciplines.
