About the Role
Crowd Strike is seeking highly motivated, self‑driven technical associate analysts to protect organizations from advanced cyber attackers. In the virtual security operations center, the role offers opportunities to expand skills through real‑time incident detection, containment, and remediation.
What You’ll Do- Perform initial triage and analysis of security alerts and respond to customer requests and queries.
- Manage the Falcon platform and perform administrative tasks such as configuration changes and tuning.
- Assist incident‑handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Perform basic malware analysis.
- Produce high‑quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management.
- Pursuing a BA, BS, MA, or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Security, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field; expected to graduate Spring
2025. - Former Crowd Strike intern (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Unix operating systems.
- Ability to handle high‑pressure situations productively and professionally.
- Prior experience with the Falcon platform is a plus.
- A passion for all areas of cybersecurity.
- Incident Handling – familiarity with concepts such as Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
- Computer Forensic Analysis – basic understanding of forensic best practices.
- Systems Administration – basic concepts of system administration.
- Malware Analysis – familiarity with static malware analysis.
- Incident Remediation – basic understanding of targeted attacks and remediation/mitigation solutions.
- Programming/Scripting – experience in coding.

AdditionalInformation
This position is located in‑person in St.Louis, MO. Compensation for U.S. candidates ranges from $70,000–$95,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and the benefits mentioned above.
