Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only)
Contract Duration: 52 Weeks (Potential for Permanent Conversion)
We're looking for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join a leading healthcare organization supporting enterprise learning and development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead LMS administration, support a major Oracle integration project, and play a key role in learning technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage LMS security roles, permissions, and user profiles.
- Support decentralized LMS administrators across multiple hospitals and departments.
- Oversee LMS integrations, system feeds, and data integrity.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to support enterprise training programs.
- Lead and mentor an Analyst and Senior Analyst.
- Assist with LMS data preparation and content migration for Oracle implementation.
- Coordinate building operations, classroom scheduling, technology support, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required).
- Hands‑on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience supporting LMS users, security, reporting, and system administration.
- Experience with in an HR, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training environment.
- Strong knowledge of LMS integrations, data management, and user administration.
- Leadership or team coordination experience.
- Experience with Saba LMS
. - Experience supporting Oracle or enterprise system implementations.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Hybrid (Must reside locally in the St. Louis, MO area and be available for onsite meetings.)
- Contract: 52 Weeks
- Conversion Opportunity: Yes, based on business needs.
- Expected Permanent Salary: Approximately $85,000/year upon conversion.
