MES Implementation Experience (must‑have):
Candidate must have worked with MES platforms (Werum PAS‑X, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, Honeywell, etc.) and manufacturing workflows Shopfloor systems. They need someone who understands how MES works in a real plant.

Strong Site‑Level Coordination

Skills:

This role is the glue between Site operations, Quality, MSAT Validation, Global MES teams, Infrastructure ERP teams, Vendors, Offshore development teams. They want someone who can coordinate, communicate, and drive clarity.

Requirements Gathering + Process Mapping:
Candidate must be able to capture site requirements, identify gaps, map workflows, align site processes with global MES templates, and support business process reengineering. This is a functional analyst skillset.

MES Lifecycle Support:
They want someone who can support requirements design, build, testing, training, go‑live, hypercare, and steady‑state support. This is end‑to‑end MES project involvement.

Issue Tracking + Governance:
Candidate must be able to track risks, issues, dependencies, maintain logs, escalates properly, manage site‑level MES governance, and coordinate L2/L3 support. This is structured coordination, not coding.

Infrastructure & Device Readiness:
Candidate must understand shopfloor devices, printers, scanners, terminals, connectivity, user access interfaces. This is basic IT + manufacturing systems knowledge.

Documentation & Compliance (CSV):
They must support SOPs, work instructions, user guides, training materials, validation (CSV) inputs, and compliance readiness. This is highly regulated manufacturing.

Manufacturing Domain Knowledge:
They need someone who understands batch records, quality processes, production workflows, GMP environments. MES only works if you understand manufacturing operations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:
This role requires clear communication, cross‑functional alignment, translating technical issues into business impact, and managing expectations. This is a relationship‑heavy role.

Continuous Improvement Mindset:
Candidate must identify recurring issues, spot training gaps, suggest process improvements, support change requests, and help stabilize MES operations. This is ongoing site support, not just project work.
