We are sourcing for an exceptionally strong Service Management & Process Lead for a critical 6–12 month contract opportunity based in St. Louis, MO.
Change Management expert who loves modernizing traditional workflows using AI and automation.
What you’ll be doing :- Process Optimization:
Leading Service Management and Change Management strategies. - Automation Strategy:
Driving AI-driven operational improvements to streamline processes. - Tech
Collaboration:
Bridging the gap between platforms, infrastructure, and operational workflows.
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) / Change Management.
- A solid technical understanding of IT platforms and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to apply AI and automation tools to optimize change management.
