- 7 or more years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, systems integration, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience designing and supporting implementation of complex, multi‑system enterprise solutions.
- Working knowledge of solution architecture concepts including system integration, APIs, application design, and data flows.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding non‑functional requirements including security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve cross‑functional integration and interoperability challenges.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across product, business, and technology teams in an Agile environment.
- Ability to translate business strategies and capabilities into actionable solution architecture guidance and implementation considerations.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, business domains, enterprise platforms, and delivery constraints.
- Ability to evaluate solution alternatives while considering business, operational, financial, architectural, and risk impacts.
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd., Saint Louis, MO.
