Role Overview
The IT Operations Manager will oversee an O&M team supporting multiple locations, responsible for 24/7 incident response, and O&M support staff. This position is responsible for meeting contractual SLAs, implementing and maintaining operational processes, and building relationships with NGA Government leadership.
What You Will DoDirect technological operations, ensure compliance with internal organization standards, develop best practices, team management, and provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
