Summary
People Analytics Analyst
Responsibilities
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using analytics and reporting platforms
Analyze workforce trends including turnover, engagement, diversity metrics, and talent pipeline health
Develop predictive models for attrition, performance, and workforce planning
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems and reporting outputs
Collaborate with HR business partners to identify key metrics aligned with organizational goals
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership presentations
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic HR initiatives
Partner with HR systems and technology teams to optimize data flows and support implementation of analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, statistics, or related field preferred)
Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field (HR analytics or business intelligence experience preferred)
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
Experience analyzing HR and payroll data to deliver insights to stakeholders
