Summary

People Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using analytics and reporting platforms

  • Analyze workforce trends including turnover, engagement, diversity metrics, and talent pipeline health

  • Develop predictive models for attrition, performance, and workforce planning

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems and reporting outputs

  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify key metrics aligned with organizational goals

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership presentations

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic HR initiatives

  • Partner with HR systems and technology teams to optimize data flows and support implementation of analytics tools and methodologies

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, statistics, or related field preferred)

  • Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field (HR analytics or business intelligence experience preferred)

  • Travel requirement: No travel requirements

Supervisor Responsibility

  • Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

  • Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to influence stakeholders

  • Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance standards

  • Experience analyzing HR and payroll data to deliver insights to stakeholders
