People Analytics Analyst
Responsibilities
* Design and maintain dashboards and reports using analytics and reporting platforms
* Analyze workforce trends including turnover, engagement, diversity metrics, and talent pipeline health
* Develop predictive models for attrition, performance, and workforce planning
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems and reporting outputs
* Collaborate with HR business partners to identify key metrics aligned with organizational goals
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership presentations
* Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic HR initiatives
* Partner with HR systems and technology teams to optimize data flows and support implementation of analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
* Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics, statistics, or related field preferred)
* Experience Requirements: 2-4 years experience in relevant field (HR analytics or business intelligence experience preferred)
* Travel requirement:
No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
* Direct Reports:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
* Indirect Reports:
Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
* Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to influence stakeholders
* Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
* Experience analyzing HR and payroll data to deliver insights to stakeholders
