What will you be doing? Position Overview:

WWT Strategic Resourcing is seeking a Senior Cyber Ark and Identity Governance and Administration Engineer to serve as a technical practitioner while driving active work streams. This role is responsible for Cyber Ark operations and supports a privileged access hardening program while also advising on Identity Governance platform evaluation and future integration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Vault and account administration including Safe creation, naming conventions, and ownership standards

• Onboard privileged accounts including domain administrator, service, local administrator, and cloud accounts

• Audit Safe memberships and remediate excessive or orphaned access

• Monitor Credential Management Platform operations including password rotation and verification jobs

• Tune platform policies including password complexity, reconcile settings, and heartbeat intervals

• Manage reconcile accounts and support onboarding of new or non-standard platforms

• Monitor privileged sessions and validate session management health for remote and web access

• Retrieve session recordings to support audit and investigation needs

• Respond to alerts and policy violations

• Process time bound and dual control access requests

• Review standing privileged access and enforce least privilege principles

• Maintain account configurations as environments change

• Perform discovery of privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments

• Identify unmanaged and shadow accounts and coordinate onboarding efforts

• Provide advisory support for Identity Governance platform evaluation and selection

• Support design of future lifecycle management and integration with Cyber Ark

• Perform platform health monitoring across core Cyber Ark components

• Validate integration with security monitoring tools and audit log flow

• Support API automation workflows and troubleshoot integration issues

• Assist with patching and upgrade activities

• Support incident response including credential rotation and access revocation

• Provide audit trails and session evidence for investigations

• Execute emergency access procedures and ensure remediation

• Produce reporting metrics including onboarding progress, access requests, and rotation success rates

• Prepare audit evidence packages and compliance reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience with leading and managing teams within PAM/IAM teams. Must be comfortable with reports to and the hands-on work supporting operations.

• Strong experience with Cyber Ark including Vault, Credential Management, session management, and web access components
• Experience with API based automation and integration
• • Experience with at least one Identity Governance platform such as SailPoint or Saviynt or comparable tools
  • Experience supporting platform evaluation and selection processes

• Experience with Active Directory, Entra , and LDAP

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Kerberos

• Experience integrating multi factor authentication solutions

• Familiarity with cloud identity and access management concepts

• Understanding of security monitoring tools and credential-based attack patterns

• Experience with scripting using Power Shell or Python

• Experience integrating with IT service management platforms

• Understanding of provisioning standards such as SCIM

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC, PCI, NIST, and ISO standards

• Experience supporting audits and access reviews

• Preferred certifications include Cyber Ark Defender, Cyber Ark Sentry, or Identity Governance certifications
